Events On
March 19, 2007 PHP Poker Engine reached 1,000 users!!! Thanks
to all who have downloaded it. This
is a great statistic since version 1 was only released at the
end of May 2006.
This release, like 3.0,
includes tie-breaking functionality. Please refer to the
release notes for 3.0 to see how it works.
This
release includes two primary bug fixes. The first, eliminates
an
erroneous reference to two "include" statements at the start of the
phpPokerEngineV3.php file. The second adds missing
getKickerText() methods to the pair and high card tests in the
engine. Their omission was an oversight in release 3.0.
The
engine is now too large to be posted in its entireity in one file due
to the phpclasses.org limitation of 400kb per file.
Consequently,
there are now two seperate files that can be downloaded and appended to
create the file. Alterntatively, you can request the entire
file
from me and I will email it to you.
